Registration will be possible after 1st of September.
Following procedure is necessary prior to your registration.

■ Step 1 : From June (ICG Planning Meeting) to 1 August

  • Sending the letter signed by CAO and MOFA from UNOOSA to each ambassadors.
  • Submit attendance list from ICG members to ICG/UNOOSA secretariat by 1 August 2017.

■ Step 2 : ~ by 1 September

  • Returning the list of participants for registration with password, from ICG/UNOOSA secretariat.
  • Open registration page on the web site.

■ Step 3 : From 1 September ~

  • Registration will be started at the web site. (Password is necessary)
  • Invitation letter will be sent from GOJ to each registrant who match with the list.
